I am an interactive media designer living in Wellington, having just completed my Masters in Design Innovation at Victoria University School of Design. The key area of design that interests me is ludology, specifically looking at theories of fun and engagement, usability and playability, and gamification.

I have developed a broad base of skills relevant to interactive media design, including: Programming, rapid prototyping, physical computing (arduino), game design, UX/UI design, and visual/audio asset creation.

I always strive to be ambitious in my designs. With my latest project, MINIKIN, I aimed to design a virtual reality computer game for visually impaired and blind users. While this proved a significant design challenge, it was ultimately successful, with blind playtesters deeming it to be both playable and enjoyable.
